Cancellation Policy
This is our cancellation policy for consumers. A consumer is every natural person that closes a transaction for a purpose that cannot be allocated to its independent professional or commercial activity.
Cancellation right
You have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days without stating reasons in textual form (for example letter, fax, E-Mail) or - if you receive the goods before the limit time - also by sending the goods back. The limit time starts after the reception of the policy in textual form, but not before the customer receives the goods (if the same good is sent again, not before the first good arrives) and not before our information-duties are fulfilled according to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to § 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To keep the cancellation rights it suffices to send the cancellation or the goods on time.

Consequences of cancellation:
In case of a successful cancellation, both-sided received benefits have to be rendered and if necessary, benefits gained (e.g. interests) are to be returned. In case you are unable to reimburse either in total or partially or damaged services received (e.g. benefits), you are required to offer a compensation of equal value. This does not apply, when the deterioration of the merchandise has been detected from the usage of the goods by conventional use, overcoming the checking of the characteristics and the function. "Proving characteristics and functions" means the test of goods, as it is possible, for example in a shop. Any merchandise adapted for shipping will be returned at our risk.
You bear the constant costs of return shipping if the delivered goods accord to the demanded and if the price of the goods is less than 40€, or if the price is higher than 40€ and you have not paid or partly paid (accorded agreement) at the moment of a cancellation. Otherwise the return shipping of the goods is free for you. Not parcel-adapted goods are collected at yours. Duties for the compensation of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This time period begins for you with the posting of your cancellation or the goods, for us with the reception.

- By delivering goods that are tailor-made for the consumer.
